These UV Enhanced Aluminum Mirrors have a multilayer dielectric stack over-coating the Aluminum to increase broadband reflectance over the UV range. They are intended for extra-cavity, low power use and provide an average reflectance of 85% from 200-700nm. They are insensitive to polarization or angle of incidence.

These mirrors are avaible in round sizes from 12.7-100mm with either UV Fused Silica or K9 Glass substrates.

7. Dielectric UV Laser Mirrors

These UV broadband mirrors are multilayer dielectric coatings designed for the most demanding UV applications. They use high quality UV Fused Silica substrates with diameter 12.7mm, 25.4mm and 50.8mm.

Mirrors for ArF(193nm), KrF(248nm), XeCl(308nm), XeF(351-353nm) lasers at either 0 or 45deg. angle of incidence are avilable.
