If you provided your email address when placing your order, we'll send you an order confirmation by email within 48 hours. This confirmation will give you the order number and indicate the expect shipping date. Most of the orders will be shipped on time. If ocasionaly your order can't be shipped on the expect date, we will send you a delay notification email and inform you a new shipping date. We also send a shipping notification email when your order ships. For most orders, the shipping notification will include information on how to track your shipment.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Orders can't be changed once they've been shipped. Cost will be applied if change happens once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience which may cause to you.
